Conditions of delivery.

Note that delivery is realized only after the confirmation of the order.
Your order can be realized either online or by calling the Call Center number *0770.

Delivery is realized to the address indicated on an order.
The cost of delivery depends on the address of the delivery.

Delivery terms

- If amount of the order equal 30 AZN or more delivery in green zone is free of charge, and additional 5 manats to the red zone.
- In case of changing the address on the delivery day, an additional 5 AZN is charged.
- Payment is possible both online, and on a place cash. Only in national currency.
- Upon delivery, the courier provides the customer a signed Delivery note with full information about the ordered products , amount of the order,and customer's contact information.

Green zone

For the directions indicated below, if the order amount exceeds 30 manats, delivery is free

- Till "Koroghlu" subway station and Koroghlu subway station inclusively
- M.E.Resulzadeh settlement (till Binagadi)
- Till Bus depot
- Till the 20th settlement (Bail)
- Till Badamdar
- Nobel Avenue (till Cafe "Nargile")

Red zone

Delivery in the directions indicated below is paid

- Till "Gara Garayev" subway station and "Gara Garayev" subway station inclusively
- Till "Neftchilar" subway station and "Neftchilar" subway station inclusively
- Till "Khalglar Dostlugu" subway station and "Khalglar Dostlugu" subway station inclusively
- Till "Ahmedly" subway station and "Ahmedly" subway station inclusively
- Till "Hazi Aslanov" subway station and "Hazi Aslanov" subway station inclusively
- Farther than Binagadi, etc.
- Farther than Bus station (Khirdalan, etc.)
- Farther than the 20th settlement (Bibi Heybat, Shikhov, etc.)
- Farther than Badamdar (Bina,Lok-Batan)
- Farther than Zikh (Hovsani, Turkan, etc.)

Delivery time

- We accept orders every day from Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 19.00, until 20.00.
- Delivery service is available on Sundays.
- Orders are accepted 3 hours before. Delivery time depends on the time the order was made, product availability in manufacturing or any of the shops.
- Delivery time is agreed with the Call Center by the number * 0770 which will definitely contact you both after you place your order and after the delivery of the order to its destination.
